This module will allow you the opportunity to bring together all your design, communication, technical and problem solving skills that you developed during the FD and explore a personal body of work or live brief. This will enable you to explore and develop work that is related to the chosen specialist career path.

Brief Outine - 
You will be supported through personal tutorials to negotiate a brief which enables the development and production of a resolution to a complex problem. You will be expected record all aspects of your research including visual and theoretical in an appropriate format that will be assessed alongside their finished work. You will be expected to develop an inventive experimental approach to your work, reflecting on your practice through discussion with your peers and staff during group tutorials. Through a research file you should demonstrate a detailed understanding of your specialist area and chosen area of study. All work will be technically and professionally executed and displayed in an appropriate manner.
